I submit here my idea for a new scenario with the following setup:

The concept is as follow:
This is June 1941 in a 2-player scenario.
It is an East first campaign, and USSR collapsed in May 41.
Italy has joined the Axis as a consequence, triggering Med Crisis.
The Policy Evaluation is on July 41.
Belgium & Netherland are Soviet, because Axis declared war to them just before USSR collapsed.
The Axis winning condition is conquering France before the end of the Moscow Treaty (Dec 42).
I thought it would be nice to have a scenario dedicated to training against a full power France.
I did absolutely no test though, so I have no idea if that equilibrates as well as the USSR scenarios.
In the setup, 3 German infantry and 2 fighters are unavailable, for Home Defense purpose. So no Home Defense trick is playable.
