Building 12b function 1 (12b1) Gain as many dollars as you have craftsmen in your craftsmen row

I get the 'Error when processing database request' error when trying to click 12b1. Tile is in the second of the mountain hazard spaces and I can activate all other actions with no issue. No amount of refreshing/trying other browsers fixes the issue

Same thing as previously mentioned. Could place could place "house" but couldn´t collect money (6 builders).

I am reproducing this in my tournament game right now. The building is placed on the first spot on the bandit trail. Other buttons seem to work.

in a tournament game, table 619011352; moved to 12B with normal move action from 4 space distance; went through 3 hazards which consumed my 1 dollar and left me unable to pay the other hazards; on the space I performed the trade 1 gray cattle for a certificate and 2 coins....then performed the place 1 branchlet just fine, but error when I try and collect my craftsman money

Tried two times in game to use the gain money equal to my Craftsmen using building 12b in Rails to the North Expansion, was unsuccessful, got the error from the screenshot. The second option for placing a building works fine.
The game was played in chrome, tried restarting the game, restarting the browser, emptied the cache, nothing worked.
