If you are on your first lap of a 2-lap race, it makes more sense to me for that to be listed as 1/2 rather than 0/2. Saying that you are on lap 1 of 2. So when you are on the final lap it would say 2/2. That is the convention followed for Rallyman GT and Automobiles in any case.
