One of the adjacent cards of the yellow campfire is 10, so you cannot place any cards there as the space is between 1 and 10.
For example, to place a 5 on that bridge you have to discard other 5 cards which is obviously impossible.

I dint think its a duplicate I should be able to place the 2
You cannot place 2 as 9 - 2 = 7.
You can place 6 instead by discarding 4 cards (6 - 2 = 4).
