I used Meeting Place to play the minor improvement C017 (Newly-Plowed Field), but was never given the option to plow the field. I had exactly 3 field tiles, and it let me play the card, but I was never given the option to plow the field.

The whole point of "newly plowed field" is that it allows you to put your field separate from your other fields. It normally does allow for this.
in the game above it did not let me. I am guessing it is because I had no room next to my 3 field tiles to continue plowing normally, but the card should still allow for me to put my field elsewhere.
This is obviously a bug since I know the card does allow the field to go where I wanted to put it, but for some reason in this instance it did not.
I am guessing it is the same issue as the above posters. Tisaac's response does not seem accurate here, because while normal rules do require adjacent fields, this specific card allows one to break that rule.
Not sure how to link to the action, but happened in round 10 on start player
