Currently you have to press a button to skip buying cards even if you do not have enough energy cubes to actually buy anything. It would speed the game up for everyone if this stage is bypassed when the player has too few cubes to do anything.

* Player has one cube: skip 'buy cards' automatically only if there is no card that costs one cube
* Player has two or more cubes: don't skip buy cards, as they may wish to cycle the market -
