It happend around turn 230. Replay is currently not functioning well so I have no better way to retrack the exact point. It was however the only time i activated the church, so searching for it isn't that hard in the table logs.

F5 did not solve the problem

Unfortunately new version introduced a new bug in church placement. This time the 4 position was open. But would not highlight when 4 faith was achieved. (bldg., worker, President, resource). Adding a fifth faith (2nd resource) would cause the areas to highlight, but when 4 was selected, a too many resources error message was displayed. Game 137608611 Thanks dcg

What do you mean by "would not highlight"? The new method works exactly like "Customs". All available positions based on faith are surrounded by a dotted blue line. You must click on the desired position to claim it. If that position is already taken by someone else, a message will be displayed. Was it different for you? If possible can you take a screen shot. Thanks.

The dotted blue line did not appear until the 5th faith level was reached (by resource). At which time both the 4 level faith (1st position) and 5 level faith(2nd position) were outlined. The 2nd position was occupied, but the 1st position was empty. Selecting the 1st position generated the error message of "Too much faith", while selecting the 2nd position generated the error message of "position already occupied" (Exact wording may differ.) Was timed out before I could try (or thought of) increasing to 7 level faith (4th position and open). The error message was a long string of php or web page gibberish-looking syntax, but is probably due to me being expelled from game.

I had 4 faith and that space was free. There was a dotted line around the 4 faith space - I didn't realise I needed to select it. Submitted and nothing happened. Church turn ended. You should either give a warning to say nothing selected or a separate button to skip the turn.

But really, why would anyone go to the Church space with 4 faith, the space is free and not take it? Should just make it mandatory/preselected if it's the only option available.

This same issue occurred to me but with the 6 and 7 faith spots. I had 6 faith available but the 6 faith spot was not outlined to be chosen. When I increased my faith to 7 Faith, then both the 6 and 7 faith spots were outlined to be chosen.

the 5 power was taken, i had two workers and president, and thus only 3 power, if i added one resource, no options highlighted, when i added a second resource, 4 and 5 highlighted, if i selected five, it was not allowed, and if i tried to select 4, the warning for over spending came up, just as noted by another player

i undid my action phase and tried again, same result

i admit i did not refresh (f5), but all other game activities were completely normal, using chrome

I had 5 faith, no one was on the 5 spot, and no cube went onto the board
