I am using 5-X on an Association 5 (making it 10). I am going to Support Conservation (using 4 points because of the Veterinarian sponsor card). This means I have 6 points remaining. Then I am trying to go to the Support Conservation Project again but I cannot! Not even the button appears. I even tried to go to the 2-cost of Association 2 times, but I cannot. I have 4 Workers available. So:
