Its somewhat hard to keep track of the different end conditions in the game when playing turn based. It would help to add visible counters.
For example:
Church / Customers = Add a counter to the butten (x / y - X= Nr. assistants, Y= nr. assistants for game end)
Order Cards = I dont see the info of the remaining order cards anywhere right now
Shops / Trade Houses = Also the number of build shops / tradehouses is visible on the board, it would be nice to add the number somewhere in the player infos -

"Max. Shops/Trading Houses build" would be the better wording for the end game counter in my opinion.
