Once all Play cards have been used each player will shuffle their personal discard separately and then draw 5 cards from that pile. You then continue drafting as usual.
Then:
If after the reshuffle and the full round of drafting has ended and none of the 3 end game triggers have been reached then simply continue with end game scoring as normal.
