Shosuro's power states that "When another player passes your clan marker on an influence track, score 3 points". Instead, it is scoring points even when you only draw even. I finished a contract that gave me 2 influence in area 2 and that tied me with Scorpion Clan and still gave them the points. When I read the power, I would think it should only be when I go ahead of them that they get the points.
