I have a NOPE card and when other players play cards, the game "stops", but I am the only one with the "thinking clock" to make a decision. Now everybody knows I have a NOPE.

I played a card, and the NOPE thing did not come, so I know anyone has a NOPE (and so, other players know that anybody has no NOPE cards, except the uncertainty of me)

There should be a button for everybody to press on every round, even if you do not have a NOPE card. This way, the "thinking clock" is for everyone.

Because the "thinking clock" and pressing a button for every round can be so tedious, there should be some ticking boxes for "do not play NOPE if........" and all posible combinations.

That way, if the thinking clock does not appear, I do not know if the player skipped It cause he has no NOPE or cause he has ticked that this action can be autoskipped.

- This is incorrect, all other players are activated regardless if they have a NOPE card. They have to click a button to skip playing a NOPE card.

I played a card, and the NOPE thing did not come, so I know anyone has a NOPE (and so, other players know that anybody has no NOPE cards, except the uncertainty of me)
- The NOPE step is skipped if all NOPE cards are in the discard pile (to speed things up).

There should be a button for everybody to press on every round, even if you do not have a NOPE card. This way, the "thinking clock" is for everyone.
- That is exactly how it works right now. All other players are activated (regardless of if they have a NOPE card) after a player plays a turn.

Regarding the NOPE preferences, I'm adding that in boardgamearena.com/bug?id=110933
