Sorry, we're unable to fulfill this demand.
We're not BGA employees, just maintaining this game as a volunteer effort. There's nothing wrong within the game either. I'd suggest you file a ticket at the BGA site level instead. I'd also suggest that a simple "please" goes a long way towards garnering some good will towards your request.
