We are starting the back-to-school month with a bang! Hegemony: Lead your Class to Victory made a massive splash upon release and received multiple awards, because of how it simulates real-world politics and macroeconomics.
In this asymmetric, card-driven political-economic simulation, you control a completely different socio-economic class of a modern nation, each with its own unique components, actions, and paths to victory.
There are four roles you can play: the Working Class, whose goal is to find jobs for the workers, increase its population and secure high wages; the Capitalist Class whose objective is pure profit; the Middle Class, which balances between higher wages and lower taxes; and the State, that must maintain social stability and legitimacy.
While you have your own separate goals, all the players are limited by a series of policies that affect most of their actions, like Taxation, Labor Market, Foreign Trade, etc. Voting on those policies and using their influence to change them is also very important. Through careful planning, strategic actions and political maneuvering, you will do your best to increase the power of your class and carry out your agenda.
Hegemony: Lead your Class to Victory is played over a five rounds. Each one consists of multiple phases: the Action Phase, the Production Phase, the Elections Phase and the Scoring Phase. At the end of the 5th round, there is an additional Endgame step and end-game scoring is applied.
Will you take the side of the workers and fight for social reforms, or will you stand with the corporations and the free market?

Iniziamo il mese del ritorno a scuola con il botto! Hegemony: conquista la supremazia politica ha riscosso un enorme successo al momento dell’uscita e ha ricevuto numerosi premi, grazie alla sua capacità di simulare la politica e la macroeconomia del mondo reale.
In questa simulazione politico-economica asimmetrica, basata sulle carte, controllerete una classe socio-economica completamente diversa di una nazione moderna, ognuna con le proprie caratteristiche, azioni e percorsi verso la vittoria.
Ci sono quattro ruoli che puoi interpretare: la Classe Operaia, il cui obiettivo è trovare lavoro per i lavoratori, aumentare la propria popolazione e garantire salari elevati; la Classe Capitalista, il cui obiettivo è il puro profitto; la Classe Media, che cerca un equilibrio tra salari più alti e tasse più basse; e lo Stato, che deve mantenere la stabilità sociale e la legittimità.
Sebbene ognuno di voi abbia i propri obiettivi individuali tutti i giocatori sono limitati da una serie di politiche che influenzano la maggior parte delle loro azioni, come la tassazione, il mercato del lavoro, il commercio estero, eccetera. Votare su queste politiche e usare la propria influenza per modificarle è fondamentale. Attraverso un’attenta pianificazione, azioni strategiche e manovre politiche farai del tuo meglio per accrescere il potere della tua classe e realizzare il tuo programma.
Hegemony: conquista la supremazia politica si gioca in cinque round. Ogni round è composto da diverse fasi: la Fase di Azione, la Fase di Produzione, la Fase Elettorale e la Fase di Punteggio. Al termine del quinto round è prevista una fase finale con l’applicazione del punteggio di fine partita.
